Monday - Friday
Mon - Thurs - Shifts are between 9AM & 6:00PM

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage administrative processes, including organizing meetings, handling documents, and supporting employees.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for company executives.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the remote team, including organizing virtual meetings and reports.
  • Liaise with various departments to streamline work processes and increase productivity.
  • Handle procurement and maintain office supply inventories, if applicable.
  • Support internal communication, organize corporate events, and team-building activities.

2. Remote Operations Manager

Full Time

$45 - $47 p/hr + Uncapped Weekly Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize company operational processes to improve work efficiency.
  • Coordinate between departments and teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for management.
  • Organize and ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets.
  • Work with suppliers and partners to ensure uninterrupted operational workflows.

3. Remote Call Center Agent

Full Time

$25 - $27 p/hr + Uncapped Weekly Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding products, services, and support.
  • Provide assistance to customers via phone, chat, and email.

  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, and company services.
  • Stay updated on new products and technologies to ensure high-quality customer service.

4. Remote Administrative Assistant

Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Organize meetings, calls, and video conferences for executives and teams.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and documents.
  • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments, including international travel.
  • Prepare and edit business documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with preparing materials for meetings and conferences.
  • Manage projects requiring administrative support (e.g., creating schedules, coordinating tasks).
  • Resolve organizational issues and provide administrative assistance to other departments.

5. Remote Data Entry Specialist

Part Time

3-5 hours, morning or evening, Monday to Friday
Short-term contract (3-6 months contract) with the possibility of extension

$27 - $29 p/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into databases or company systems with high accuracy.
  • Process large volumes of information, including text, numerical, and other types of data.
  • Update and maintain the accuracy of information in data management systems.
  • Work with documentation, scan and archive important materials.
  • Review and correct entered data to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to internal security standards.
  • Complete data entry tasks on time and with high precision.

6. Remote Customer Service Representative

Part Time

3-5 hours, morning or evening, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels: phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and answer questions.
  • Handle customer complaints and offer solutions while maintaining a positive company image.
  • Process product returns and exchanges, and coordinate necessary actions.
  • Update and maintain information in CRM systems, and generate reports on customer inquiries.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
