Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes, including organizing meetings, handling documents, and supporting employees.
- Manage calendars and schedules for company executives.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the remote team, including organizing virtual meetings and reports.
- Liaise with various departments to streamline work processes and increase productivity.
- Handle procurement and maintain office supply inventories, if applicable.
- Support internal communication, organize corporate events, and team-building activities.
